Originally by: cosmoray Some communication and an audit is required. At the very least to confirm the total money on deposit exists.
I'm in possession of api keys sufficient to audit dBank. I have not started on this audit as of yet though I've had the api keys for about 2 weeks now. (I'm clearing my plate of everything before I commit.) I applied to be a teller, my one specific requirement was if I could remain anonymous, but dBank's needs outweighed my desire for low(er) profile. I am in no position to speak for dBank, I am not being paid by dBank, and we have currently had no conversation about me ever being paid by dBank. I think the actual desire is to have me be as independent as possible while still providing a critical eye that may help dBank. PS: I've also recently suggested a teller process that could relieve some pressure but will require some coding and though adjustments.

Originally by: Hexxx EBANK has offered twice now to "loan" him a teller or two if he hits a busy spot in his life. DBANK's lack of tellers is an operational risk to the Bank and I have no understanding as to why their process for getting new tellers is taking THIS long.
For all of my supposed animosity towards eBank I have complete trust and faith in eBank tellers and staff. So, if I was influential in decision making process, I'd not hesitate to a little competition fraternization. But Xabier's actions has done damage. In an environment wrought with a lot of mistrust dBank simply needs to weather through the process of internal introspection (which I'm going to be part of) as well as bringing more tellers online. It is to my understanding that another teller has come online within the past 24 hours. I've received additional api keys for people becoming "staff" and who will be handling dBank funds. As to finding more tellers, eBank itself, for all of it's market presence, still has only a few tellers as well. IMNSHO If not for the workhorse known as Athre I think you guys would have much much higher service response times. And I know for a fact that people like Athre, and the other tellers/staff at eBank, are very few. Very very few. So I'd say it is wise of dBank to progress slowly at this time and risk some customer dissatisfaction while it does its best to recover, and restructure, from Xabier's actions. It's simply the responsible thing to do.

Originally by: Kirra Liu I would be happy to be a teller for DBANK, I am very trustworthy and hve numerous alt's that will provide references upon request.
Fortunately with the newer teller process that is being implemented, you are an ideal candidate. The new system is not the honor system like eBank's. Dynasty bank realizes that it is foolish to ask all of you try simply trust anyone who could become a teller. And having been involved with eBank's tellering system, I have to admit there is significant risk in that tired old model. Especially to anyone who doesn't regularly check their accounts.

Originally by: Ricdic hehe awesome. If you wanted the msn logs posted you only had to say so. Do you really want the public to just how emo and crazy you go when you are upset?
What I had to say to you was not emo nor crazy. It's what I honestly felt. But please, proceed to the nearest eBank forum and post our logs. I'm not ashamed of telling you off in the least. I'm quite proud of it.

Originally by: Hexxx I don't think there are any gains to be had over duking it out in public like this guys.
Then fire whoever it was who was supposed to check Ric's muzzle. Because buddy boy has seriously made this issue irresolvable. LOL, I actually do hope he posts the logs. I truly am proud of what I had to say. To him and at him. But that might just be my inner "psychotic emo rager" talking.

Originally by: eVaLF So any official report of whats going on with DBANK? Or since people that have been waiting for withdrawls for 3 days+ finally got isk its a dead subject until next week when it happens again?
This is the official response: Withdrawals have, of course, been caught up and handled. We do not anticipate any further delays like this one happening. Work continues on finishing out our "decentralized tellering system" to ensure that access to funds surpasses even eBanks standard levels. As to actual discussion over issues raised by Ricdic I'm going to answer with the same thoroughness that eBank has always answered such matters: We have a readily available website, we have a readily available forum. Any depositor that has any concerns can, and have, contact at those forums (publicly or privately) and receive the service that any customer deserves. Just as eBank has always said, and set as a standard, banks do not answer to the public at large but to their depositors. Getting into such discussions and debates here is quite simply foolish and counter productive. That's the end of this statement. /thread.

Originally by: eVaLF If the first part is an honest answer Great. Maybe by time my bond is up I will trust DBANK with more of my isk.
It is true. Originally by: eVaLF Are you working for DBANK Officially, meaning we can take your word for what is posted above? If so you may want to stop with the sarcastic stuff between you and EBANK its pretty childess.
Yes I am working for or, more accurately, with dBank. And I've asked permission, and received it, to speak out on this issue. Further, as you all have come to expect, if in the course of my interaction with dBank I find any hanky panky or funny business I'll speak out. I won't do it recklessly though. And yes, you are quite right. The public fueding that sometimes happens between myself and Ric (not eBank mind you) is childish. Shame on me allowing myself to get sucked into old bad behaviors with the same old people. At least I have a personal goal to work towards! 2009 - The year of loving Ric. Even if I have to grind my teeth to dust.
